The Spa is designed as a haven from the outside world. We request that all guests keep noise to a minimum and switch off all mobiles and electronic devices before entering the spa. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other clients.
Spa Attire
Bathrobes and slippers will be provided on arrival. Swimwear & swimming hats for the use of e required the pool. It may be purchased from the leisure reception if needed. Disposable undergarments are provided for specific treatments.
Before your treatment
It is advised to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals 2 hours before or following spa treatments.
Reservations & Cancellations
Advanced booking is advisable. A credit card is required at the time of booking. We have a 48-hour cancellation period to help us reschedule your appointment or a 50% charge will be incurred. Cancellation of any treatment within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a 100% charge.
Payment & Gift Vouchers
We accept cash, credit cards, and Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork gift cards. Payment can also be charged for total relaxation and to the rooms of hotel residents. All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change. Vouchers are available for use against any spa treatments or packages but cannot be redeemed against the purchase of products. Vouchers are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of treatment. Treatment packages are non-refundable. Unused portions of packages are non-transferable for another item.
Valuables
We recommend no jewelry be worn in the Spa. We ask that hotel residents leave all valuables in the safety deposit box located in your room. Management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought onto the Spa premises.
Treatments will also not be performed in the first trimester, but your therapist will offer other options.
Special Considerations
Please advise us of any medical issues you may have. Clients with high blood pressure
or heart conditions should consult their doctor before getting Spa treatment. It is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption before using the Spa and avoid heavy meals 2 hours before or
following treatments.
Comfort
Our therapists are happy to advise you on any of our treatments. Our treatments are designed around you. Please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or require a change in pressure at any time during your treatment. We recommend that men be clean-shaven. Under 16’s will not be permitted.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are available to purchase at the Spa reception or by phone. Please note that expired coupons may not be accepted until such a time that our accounts team can extend them
